Chapter II. About Dr. Ro

I'm Roshan. I build the healthcare platforms PE backs.

I started chairside as a dentist. I spent the next twenty years building what came next, operator second, advisor now. Single practice to thirty-five offices and a $50M+ exit. Walmart Health Dental from launch. Two turnarounds, a $25M PE round, and nine DSO partnerships signed inside eight months as the operator behind a Series A go-to-market.

That arc means I have lived both sides of the deal: the operatory floor and the IC room, hiring and firing, M&A integration nights and the LP-ready memo at 6 a.m. I understand chairside reality and boardroom strategy because I have been responsible for both, with the same balance sheet, in the same week.
